Firefighting Sim XP Guide — Fastest Ways to Rank Up

XP is the only number that decides what you can do in Firefighting Sim. It gates your trucks, your tools and eventually your access to the airport plane-crash calls. This guide breaks down exactly where XP comes from and the routine that produces the most of it per hour.

Where XP Actually Comes From

  • Call completion — the base award for finishing any 911 call
  • Call grade multiplier — fast response time, low property damage and full rescues multiply the base award
  • Civilian rescues — each victim pulled out adds a flat bonus
  • Daily challenges — the highest per-minute XP in the game for a new player
  • Badges and rank milestones — one-time bonuses that also unlock new call tiers

The Grade Multiplier Is the Whole Game

Maximum-XP Routine (Per Hour)

  1. Check the daily challenge board and pick the challenge that aligns with the calls already on the board
  2. Accept the nearest call type you have a vehicle for — never take a call you cannot finish
  3. Drive with sirens and lights; yield-free corridors are the difference between an A and an S grade
  4. Extinguish from the threshold to stop spread, then enter and sweep with your K9
  5. Confirm every rescue before you leave — an abandoned victim destroys the multiplier
  6. Bank the payout and immediately accept the next call; downtime is lost XP
