Follow official island level bands and see the documented evidence gap between the old Level 4050 route card and newer Level 4200 Sea 3 gate.
Sea 1 and Sea 2 bands come from the official leveling card. That card still says max level 4050, while the newer official GateKeeper card requires Level 4200 for Sea 3; the 4050–4199 bridge is therefore labelled for live-game verification.
